Your holiday villa is licensed by the State of Florida for rental, an important consideration when renting your vacation home. Fully air-conditioned and constructed on one level with an impressive vaulted ceiling, your vacation home instantly gives you a great feeling of space and comfort when you first enter. You benefit from two separate lounge areas for mixed relaxation; one lounge area offers comfortable leather seating to watch the 42” LCD widescreen TV or DVD movie whilst the second lounge area has leather sofas and an additional LCD widescreen TV hooked up to a PS2 game console with numerous games for your entertainment.

Your four bedroom villa also unusually benefits from three full bathrooms offering a large master bedroom en-suite with tub and shower, an en-suite to the second bedroom and a separate independent family bathroom. The master and second bedrooms also benefit from 99 channel cable TV on in bedroom LCD widescreen TVs. You will also enjoy two separate dining areas, a formal dining suite and also a kitchenette/breakfast bar area set to enjoy less formal family meals.

With full air-conditioning your vacation villa has all you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. You will benefit from a free call US national telephone package including Canada ; the UK can be called for cheap rates using a locally purchased card for a few dollars. You will also enjoy a free 250 TV channel cable package in the lounge and also broadband internet access complete with wireless router (laptop and/or wireless devices required) and printer.

Your private south facing pool is fully heated (if necessary) and has a large pool deck area with both covered and exposed areas.

There is also an above ground 6 person hot tub/spa under the covered pool deck area which has an integrated stereo/mp3 sound system and multi-coloured LED mood lighting for your added enjoyment!

Both the hot tub/spa and pool can be accessed from the Master bedroom for that morning dip or from the breakfast nook. The large pool deck area comes complete with sun loungers and table and chairs for sunbathing and for eating al-fresco! The pool ranges from shallow to 5 feet with wide gradual steps for access. You will also enjoy the privacy you receive around the pool and deck area to the rear of the Villa provided which is provided by an attractive hedge row and fence to the rear and 6 foot panelled fences either side.

A large Gas Barbeque/Grill is also provided free of charge.

If all that wasn't enough, the villa also offers a Games Room complete with a full size pool table and air hockey game. A Play Station 2 can be found in the second living area.

Your villa is managed by a local property management company available close-by to ensure you have a great vacation.
